Late Breaking Abstract Submission is open!

The Program Committee and the Local Organizing Committee of the 2020 Joint International Congress of ILTS, LICAGE and ELITA welcome the submission of unpublished, original late breaking research for consideration for the 2020 scientific program.

Please note that in order to qualify as late-breaking, abstracts need to include cutting-edge findings that were not available during the regular submission period.

Late Breaking Abstract submission deadline is February 17, 2020.

After Submission

 

Notification of Acceptance

The corresponding author receives all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing all co-authors of the status of the abstract.
Notifications of acceptance will be sent in the second half of February.
With the notification of acceptance, abstract presenters will be informed about the time and date of their presentation, and are asked to reconfirm their attendance.

 

Registration and Visa Requirements

The presenting author of an abstract must register for the Congress. Please note that registration will open in November.

It is highly recommended to read the related information about your country’s visa regime before arranging your travel to Turkey. While some applicants may be exempt from visa for their touristic or business visit to Turkey, the others can obtain an e-Visa. All other applicants will need to obtain a visa through Turkish Representations in the abroad.

Publication of Abstracts

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Transplantation Journal and on the official ILTS website (accessible to ILTS members only).

Vanguard Case Presentations

Submission of Case Presentations for the 2020 Vanguard Grand Rounds is now closed, and the submitted cases are being reviewed by the Vanguard Committee.

Notifications of acceptance to will be sent to authors in the second half of February.
