Organizing a satellite symposium is a great opportunity to highlight your science at the ILTS 2020 Congress. Choose from a 60-minute or 90-minute slot at different price points. All the sponsored sessions are organized by the sponsor.

Satellite Symposia are exclusive sessions with no other session in parallel.

ILTS Onsite Resource Center
The Onsite Resource Center is located in the Poster and Exhibition area. In the ILTS Onsite Resource Center, delegates can access high-quality scientific content online, such as ePosters, webcasts and abstracts.


The Liver Lounge
The Liver Lounge is a new feature at the ILTS Congress and will be built as an open space located on the Exhibition Floor. The liver Lounge has a Parallel Programme including debates, videos and open sessions.


Campfire Session Space
The Campfire Session Space is an informal discussion and networking space located on the Exhibition Floor.


ePoster Digital Station
Each day the poster sessions provide networking and learning experiences to all the Congress attendees. These sessions are one of the highlights of the ILTS Congress and attract a large crowd in the poster area.

Supporting the ILTS 2020 Mobile App offers an impactful presence, and strong brand recognition. The ILTS App has become the main communication tool used by attendees to organize and personalize their attendance.


Badge Lanyards
Lanyards together with the name badge will be assigned to every delegate at their arrival onsite and they must present it to access the various areas of the Congress.

Reliable WiFi access is a critical must-have productivity tool.

Raise your visibility onsite at the Congress venue with signage and banners. A range of custom-tailored opportunities is available upon request.


Advert in Pocket Program
The Pocket Program will be the most essential publication for all attendees, guiding them through the Congress. It includes information on presentations, sessions, exhibitions and other activities.



In 2020, the exhibition space will be ideally located in the core of ILTS Congress, and a single hall will host the exhibitors, posters and coffee & lunch breaks. The exhibition and poster hall will be the main meeting point for delegates to network between sessions and connect with the companies present.

ESOS Booking Tool

The Exhibition and Sponsorship Ordering System (ESOS®) is an online system whereby companies can book exhibition space and sponsorship items. It is also possible to purchase services and items for exhibition space including furniture, technical equipment, decorations, installations, and cleaning.
