Authors whose abstracts have been selected to be presented as Posters at the Congress are required to print out their paper posters as well as to mount and remove their posters in the Poster Area during designated time slots. Authors should stand by their posters and answer questions from delegates during Poster Viewing Session times.
The size of your printed poster should be A0 (841mm × 1189mm), portrait orientation.
The Congress will supply the board, with a sign noting your poster number. The number sign does NOT include the abstract title or listing of authors. Mounting material will be provided by Congress staff at the Poster Help Desk in the Poster Area.
The posters are divided by categories and each Poster Round will be displayed for two days in the Poster Area. In the two days there will be three poster viewing sessions during which the presenters are required to stand by their posters and answer questions from delegates.
